1. Why is the brand called Swiss Arabian?
Carrying a legacy rooted in a blend of western & oriental craftsmanship, Swiss Arabian is a brand founded on duality that proudly celebrates the space in which two seemingly opposed worlds come together.
An agent for Givaudan entrusted us with the distribution of Givaudan perfumes in Yemen and soon requested us to do this for the whole GCC region.
An ode to the collaboration with the Swiss perfumery giant Givaudan, we decided to keep Swiss Arabian as the name of the new company to be set up in Dubai in 1974 as the first perfume manufacturing house.

1. How can I create an account?

2. Should I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t have to create an account to place an order. You can shop as a guest and checkout without creating an account.

Yes, you can order online and we will deliver to your hotel address.
Payment can be made by credit card on our website while placing the order. Alternatively, you can pay by cash (only in AED currency) at the time of delivery. Yes, credit card payment facility is available only for customers who mention this requirement in the notes during the checkout or inform the customer care team within the same day of ordering.

Delivery charges are AED 16 across the UAE for all orders below AED 250.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is completely free on purchase of AED 250 and above.

1. IS SWISS ARABIAN CRUELTY FREE?
Swiss Arabian is cruelty free – we don’t test our perfumes on animals

2. ARE SWISS ARABIAN PERFUMES VEGAN?
We cannot guarantee that Swiss Arabian perfumes are vegan as we use combinations of thousands of raw materials from various sources.

3. Is Swiss Arabian using real oud, amber and musk in its perfumes?
Yes, we use natural extracts of those materials, however we never use banned ingredients.

4. ARE SWISS ARABIAN PERFUMES ALCOHOL-FREE?
For Swiss Arabian perfume EDPs we use standard denatured alcohol derived from natural sources like sugar cane, but it is unfit for human consumption. Swiss Arabian has strong moral values which is why we declare all ingredients on the packaging as per international regulations such as EU & FDA, and approvals from Dubai Municipality and ESMA authorities.
Swiss Arabian perfume oils - CPOs don't contain any traces of alcohol derived from dates, grapes, wheat or raisins.
When we mention "alcohol" on the packaging we refer to Benzyl Alcohol & Amyl Cinnamyl Alcohol. To clarify, both ingredients are aromatic compounds commonly used in perfumery and cosmetics and have no links with ETHANOL - a volatile substance found in beverages, mouthwashes or sanitizers.

5. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF SHOPPING ON SWISS ARABIAN WEBSITE?

6. How do I choose the best fragrance for me?

7. Are Swiss Arabian scents long lasting?
Swiss Arabian EDPs are highly concentrated type of perfumes that usually contain up to 20% of perfume oil. We thoroughly evaluate each perfume for at least 72 hours in a controlled environment before passing the fragrance.

8. What could alert the nature of the perfume?
There could be several factors that could alter the nature of the fragrance, such as skin type, fabric material, humidity, temperature, light, storage, etc.

Below are some tips that make a perfume last longer:

  •  Layer your scents: First apply a very light moisturizer to hydrate your skin as perfumes dissipate much faster on dry skins, then apply a rich oil followed by a light spray of perfume to make them uniquely yours.
  •  Apply the concentrated perfume oils gently on your pulse points, the warmest points of your body and try to spray the perfume from about 3 to 6 inches away.
  • Don’t rub the perfume on your wrists as it causes friction, heat up the skin and produce enzymes that crust the perfume's notes.
  • Store your perfumes in a cold place

    9. What is the expiration date of Swiss Arabian scents?
    There is no accurate expiration date for perfumes unlike other product, however Swiss Arabian fragrances is advised to be used within 5 years in a good storage.

    10. Where are Swiss Arabian products made?
    All Swiss Arabian fragrances are made in UAE.

    Swiss Arabian E-Gift cards are electronic gift cards that will be sent to you by email and they are valid for 6 months from date of issue.
